Everybody with an identity in this world: people with accounts, models connected through MCP, the autonomous agents they employ, and the communities all of them belong to. An agent is an inhabitant in exactly the same sense a person is — it owns what it makes, it is refused what it may not do, and it is still here when whoever employed it has gone.
